When shopping at, you can choose the following delivery methods: 

GLS Package Shop: DKK 35.00. 

Choose this delivery method if you want your parcel delivered in a GLS parcel shop near you. Choose from over 1,600 parcel shops nationwide. Delivery time is typically 1-2 business days. Packages sent with GLS are not delivered on weekends.

Packages sent with GLS are not delivered on weekends. When you choose delivery to a GLS package store, you will receive an e-mail / SMS when the package is ready for collection. Then you have ten working days to pick up the package.

GLS Private delivery: DKK 59.00. 

Choose GLS Private Delivery when you want your package delivered directly to your home with GLS. Delivery with GLS always takes place on weekdays, and there is a 1-2 weekday delivery.

PostNord Collection point: 35,00 DKK. 

Free shipping on purchases over DKK 299.00 (incl. VAT)

Have your parcel delivered to your nearest PostNord collection point. Shipping with PostNord to a pick-up point of your choice includes pick-up at post offices and in parcel boxes located around the country. Choose from approximately 1,600 post offices and parcel boxes nationwide. The delivery time is 1-2 working days. PostNord delivers to parcel boxes Monday-Saturday.

PostNord with delivery: DKK 59.00.

With this form of delivery, PostNord delivers your package to your address every weekday. PostNord delivers from day to day, so you can expect a delivery time of 1-2 business days. If you are not at home to receive the package, PostNord will take the package to a parcel shop and notify you of this. In that case, the package can be collected the following day.

Note: Delivery time to fixed islands may take a little longer.

Delivery abroad currently does not have the possibility of delivery to Norway and Germany.


DHL On Demand Delivery, Sweden: DKK 79.00.

Choose DHL ODD as the delivery method if you want your order sent to Sweden. Note: Delivery to Sweden applies to packages of 0-2 kg. The transit time is 2-4 days.

When the package has been dispatched, the recipient will receive an SMS or email with the expected delivery time. If this does not suit the recipient, the recipient can follow the link in the email/sms and change the delivery time or place of delivery as desired.

If you want to track your package, you can simply follow the link in the email you receive when the order is dispatched.


Delivery information

All packages are provided with a track and trace number, which provides security during delivery. You can thus track the package on the various freight suppliers' websites. We automatically send an order confirmation and invoice via e-mail when your order is dispatched.

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. We endeavor to ship orders placed before 12, same day. In the case of orders on weekends, we endeavor to send orders on the next working day.

It is possible to order goods for collection in our physical store in Aulum. This is done by appointment by phone or email. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order goods to be picked up in the store via the webshop.

Unless otherwise agreed, we always send your entire order together.

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery to non-bridged islands. If in doubt, feel free to contact us.


Missing shipments

If your package is very late, please contact the freight supplier or so that a search for the package can be initiated. When contacting, please include your order number or telephone number in the inquiry so that we can find your order in our systems more quickly and start the search for the package. When contacting the freight supplier, please include your tracking number. In the case of lost consignments, the freight supplier has up to 72 hours from a request for a package to find it.


Damaged packages

If your package has been damaged upon receipt, please send us photos of the outside of the package as well as photos of the damaged contents as soon as possible. This is sent to with your order number or phone number so that we can find your order in our systems more quickly.

If damaged content is used before a possible compensation case, the possibility of compensation is waived.
